Welcome to Eir Fibres. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE VARIATIONS

All yarns and fibres are hand-dyed in small batches. Variations in color, tone and speckling are a natural part of the dyeing process and make each skein unique. While we strive for consistency, no two skeins are exactly alike.

We make every effort to photograph colors accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Eir Fibres reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. 

SHIPPING

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and whether items are ready-to-ship or dyed to order. Estimated shipping timelines are provided when possible but are not guaranteed. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. Eir Fibres is not responsible for delays, lost packages, customs fees, or carrier related issues once an order has shipped. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please refer to the Return Policy for full details regarding returns exchanges, and damaged items.

YARN CARE

Hand-dyed yarn should be washed gently in cold water and laid flat to dry. Some minimal bleeding may occur during the first wash, especially with deeply saturated colors.

INTELLECUTAL PROPERTY

All photographs, product descriptions, branding, logos, and written content on the website are property of Eir Fibres and may not be copied or used without permission

LIMIATION OF LIABILITY

Eir Fibres is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website consititutess acceptance of any updated terms.
