SHIPPING POLICY

All orders from Eir Fibres are carefully packaged and shipped from Spruce Grove, AB, Canada.

PROCESSING TIMES

Ready-to-ship, all in stock items are typically processed within 3 business days. Dyed-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on workload and dye schedule. 

Please note that hand-dyed yarn is created in small batches, and processing times may vary during shop updates, launches, or holidays.

SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and packaged weight. Currently all items are being shipped by Canada Post.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Eir Fibres is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please contact Canada Post for any issues with shipping once we have shipped the items. Eir Fibres is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. 

PACKAGING

Orders are packaged with care to help protect the yarn during transit while keeping packaging materials as minimal as possible. Mailers will decompose.
