Refund policy

At Eri Fibres, each skein is dyed in small batches with care and intention. Because of the handmade nature of our yarns, slight variations between skeins are part of what makes them unique.

We want you to love your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to help.

Returns are accepted only for unused yarn in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Proof of damage at the time of receiving the order is required. 

While every effort is made to photograph colors accurately, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting. 

Please note:

hand-dyed yarn may have minor variations, speckles or tonal shifts between skeings

We recommend alternating skeins for larger projects

Some minimal bleeding may occur during the first wash, especially with deeply saturated colors

For best results, hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry
