WELCOME

Hi, I'm Sherri - a mother, a RN, a wife, and the hands behind Eir Fibres.

My life has always been a mix of caring and creativity. Nursing has taught me patience, attention to detail, and how much intention matters - and those same things carry into how I dye yarn.

Eir Fibres grew out of a love for color, texture, and the quiet rhythm of making something by hand. The name Eir (pronounced Air) comes from Norse mythology- the goddess of healing and mercy. That balance of strength and softness is something I come back to often, both in life and in work.

I dye in small batches, focusing on rich, moody tones, inspired by nature, emotion, and everyday moments that tend to get overlooked. Each skein is created slowly and with intention - something to bring warmth, comfort, and a bit of beauty into your projects.

Eir Fibres isn't just a business, it's a reflection of who I am, someone who believes that caring, creativity, and healing are all connected.
